Activities at the TrailWorld Off Road Activity Centre in Markyate, Hertfordshire Whether you are planning a fun family day out, a stag, hen or corporate event, or perhaps a get-together of friends to do something 'a little different' why not visit us at the TrailWorld Off Road Activity Centre! With activities such as driving a single seater Rage buggy around our drifting circuit, trying your hand at our 6-wheel drive amphibious Argocat which will literally go anywhere or testing your skills on our Quad agility circuit, or perhaps a quad trek around our 26 acre site, a day with us will keep you smiling for weeks afterwards! If you are in to two wheels then we also have off-road motorcycle schools, motorcycle trials schools and even guided off-road adventure tours for those with a motorcycle licence. Don't forget - this is not a 'boys only' playground, the ladies are more than welcome to show the lads how it is done!! Rage Buggy Drifting Have you got what it takes to drive sideways for the full length of our drifting corner? It takes more than simple skidding to get the perfect drift - enter the corner high, turn in sharply and then feather the throttle and counter-steer to get her around without going wide or clipping the inside tyre walls! Quad Agility Pit your quad riding skills against our agility style circuit which features a see-saw, rumble strips, log rolls, bomb holes, chicanes and climbs. It's not as easy as it looks - can you balance on the see-saw then drop down into a bomb hole before riding over our bone shaking log rolls? This activity is all about skill and throttle control! Quad Trekking Come and explore our 26 acre site on a quad bike. You will be led by an expert quad riding guide through some challenging terrain which includes a monster hill climb and drop, wash-baord ruts which will have you leaning to one side and then the other. Follow that with some nice deep holes, tight turns and some good open pasture and you will be smiling from ear to ear! DON'T FORGET |

Argocat Driving Experience We have a special track specifically for people who want to take control of this 6-wheel drive, skid steer bonkers machine. This thing will go almost anywhere and is even capable of driving (or sailing?) over water with it's amphibious capabilities. Our track is ideal for people who have never driven a vehicle like this and features 45 degree drops and climbs, tight cambered turns and more. DON'T FORGET |

Argocat Extreme Experience If you would really like to see what this machine is capable of one of our expert 6x6 drivers will take you on a trek that you won't forget. As a passenger, you will experience looking directly down in to a hole before pointing skywards as we climb at over a 65 degree climb. How about getting dizzy as our driver spins the vehicle around on the spot for some doughnut spinning action! This one is not for the nervous passenger! DON'T FORGET |

Reverse Steer Land Rover This one will play with your head - you steer one way and the Land Rover steers the other around our tight and twisty circuit. Can you get around it without touching the tyre walls? A simple concept but one that brings hilarious results and lots of laughs! DON'T FORGET |

Off-Road Motorcycle Schools If you are just getting in to off-road motorcycling, looking to improve your general motorcycle handling skills, heading off to far flung shores for that ultimate riding adventure or just want a great, fun day out, then our off-road training schools are a great place to start. We will take you from the very basics of off-road motorcycle riding and by the end of the day we will have you riding deep ruts, climbing steep hills and riding down rutted decents. All you need to take part is the basics of operating a geared motorcycle. |

Motorcycle Trials Schools If you have ever watched a motorcycle trials competition, or remember 'Kick Start' on television, you will have been amazed at people riding over logs, lifting the front wheel in the air onto an obstacle and even riding down stairs. It's all about balance and bike control (and a bit of courage!), and the good news is that you can have a go at it too! Our trials bike riding schools are a great introduction to the amazing world of hopping, jumping, balancing and generally showing your bike agility off. At the end of the day you will go away with techniques that will not only impress your friends, but will also improve your road riding skills enormously. |

You will need a full unrestricted motorcycle licence to take part in this activity. |

Segway Rally A fun and exciting new activity to TrailWorld, these amazing off road Segways are a high-tech two wheeled, self stabilising vehicle that are capable of turning within their own footprint, climbing hills and coping with off road terrain - they even feature the same gyroscope used in a Boeing 737 aircraft! Please note that this activity is operated by Seghire at our facility. |
