Have you got what it takes to balance one of our quads on a see-saw, or take it over our bone-shaker hill and negotiate our tight chicane? This is quad biking based on skill and agility. About the Quad Agility We operate a fleet of 150cc 4-stroke 'Newforce' quad bikes which are fully automatic, easy to ride with linked brakes and are operated by an easy to use thumb throttle mechanism. We are aware that a lot of people believe this type of vehicle to be quite dangerous, particularly at high speeds, and with this in mind we have created an agility style course. Anyone who remembers “Kick Start” on the TV will appreciate what we have tried to achieve with what is now nicknamed the “Quadstacle Course” Being a low to mid speed track we find this to be a very safe way of operating quad bikes, whilst being quite demanding (particularly to novices) and loads of fun. We have a range of obstacles including see saws, ramps, log rolls, and lots of landscaped ground to challenge our guests and helps us to instruct on safe use of quads. Following a safety briefing and an introduction to the machines, you will first be led around our flat course so that you can get the feel of the quads. After a couple of laps, our expert staff will indicate that you are ready to start attempting the obstacles and will lead you around some of the more challenging obstacles. Just imagine trying to control a quad bike on its brakes down a steep hill, while trying to turn a corner at the same time, through some muddy water at the bottom - and then climb back out with wet, muddy tyres. Having got that out of the way, it’s straight into our see-saw for a balancing challenge followed by a bone shaker over our log rolls. Please ensure that you are wearing durable clothing and sturdy boots for this activity. We supply crash helmets and safety goggles at no extra charge. This activity can be affected by adverse weather conditions
Booking a Quad Agility Session You can either give us a call and arrange a date and time to take part in this activity, or you can purchase a gift voucher using the BUY NOW link on the right hand side which will take you to our online shop. Once you have received your gift voucher, you simply call to arrange a suitable date and time. Our standard driving sessions last for around 30 minutes including briefings and protective equipment allocation with 15 minutes actual drive time. The extended driving sessions last for around 45 minutes including briefings and protective equipment allocation with 30 minutes actual drive time. You can split this session between two people if you prefer with 15 minutes drive time each which saves you £5 on individual prices.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have booked a time slot with us and simply fail to show up your voucher will become void with no refund. We prefer to have at least 7 days notice if you would like to change your booking with us but require at least 48 hours notice to a change of booking. When you book a track time, you are doing exactly that so please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated time slot. If you have booked an activity such as a 30 minute Quad Agility session for 10am, your allocated track time is from 10am until 10.30am. If you arrive late you will still finish at 10.30am regardless as there will be people booked in directly after you. Where possible, we will try to be flexible with this but you can not expect everyone booked after your time slot to suffer as a result of your late arrival. If you call us before you arrive to let us know you are running late we may be able to fit you in to a later time slot if one becomes available but this is down to our event managers descretion.
